Items are eligible for return if there are quality issues or defects.

Custom items such as personalized stickers, address labels and QR code sales are final

Items sold are custom made to order. Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns. Products are only made after customer approval of the proof. 

Exceptions to the return policy (when returns are allowed) are:

- If the wrong item was shipped

- If the item is defective and the defect caused by us
