Return Policy
If there are any issues with your order please contact us using the contact page linked below or reply to your order confirmation email. We strive to offer top notch customer service and will do our best to resolve any issue.
Standard products (not customized) are eligible for returns up to 30 days from the time the shipment was received.
Custom items such as personalized stickers, address labels and QR code sales are final. Custom items are made after customer approval. Errors on labels and stickers missed during customer approval are not eligible for returns.
Exceptions to the return policy for all items are defective items where the defect was caused by our workmanship or packaging. Such items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the order.
Returns are eligible if we ship the wrong item, at our cost.
Returns that meet the above criteria will receive a full refund to the original method of payment, or the item will replaced at no additional cost. If the replacement item price is lower then we will refund the difference.
